okbrt Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the okbrt platform — including the website at okbrt.vu, the mobile app, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the okbrt platform. Accessing any section of the platform — including browsing without an account — constitutes acknowledgement of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of okbrt regardless of how they access the platform, whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the dedicated Android or iOS app.

To register and use okbrt, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or banned from the okbrt platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for another person.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including false age details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

Each individual may hold only one account on the okbrt platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. This information is used for account verification, KYC compliance, and to protect the security of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. okbrt will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your password with any other person.
• Enable OTP verification for additional account security.
• Notify okbrt support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.

okbrt reserves the right to verify account details at any time and may request supporting documents including a valid government-issued ID. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

All transactions on okbrt are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted payment methods include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, and local bank transfer via Philippine online banking. These methods are provided as payment channels for the platform — their availability does not constitute endorsement or regulatory backing by those payment brands.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals require KYC verification to be completed before processing.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• okbrt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Funds in your account are for gaming purposes on the okbrt platform. okbrt is not a bank or financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

All sports bets and casino game sessions on okbrt are subject to game-specific rules that are displayed within each respective section of the platform. These Terms apply in addition to — not instead of — those game-specific rules.

Key general rules that apply across all betting and gaming activity on okbrt:

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed once accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session or live event, okbrt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• okbrt's decision on disputed bets and gaming outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes is prohibited and may result in bet cancellation and account suspension.
• Live in-play sports bets are accepted at okbrt's discretion and markets may be suspended or closed at any time.

Available game categories on the okbrt platform include sports betting, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger), slots, eBingo, and game shows. Game availability may change over time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbrt platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits made to your okbrt account.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including using multiple accounts or providing false information to qualify.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's identity or using another person's payment method without their knowledge and consent.

okbrt monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account it suspects of engaging in prohibited conduct. Investigations may result in temporary account restriction while they are ongoing.

okbrt is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. All players are reminded that gaming is a form of entertainment — no outcome is guaranteed and consistent profit is not possible.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered okbrt account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your account.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account from gaming activity.

These tools are accessible through your account settings. okbrt encourages all players to make use of them proactively. If gaming is negatively affecting your financial situation, relationships, or mental wellbeing, please use these tools or contact the support team.

okbrt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• A player's own request to close the account for responsible gaming reasons.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined in the platform's fair use policy.

When an account is closed at okbrt's initiative due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. When an account is voluntarily closed by the player, available balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

okbrt provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and accurate service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbrt will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits okbrt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

okbrt may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players via email or in-app notification for significant changes.

Your continued use of the okbrt platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may close your account.
